Lloyd is our General Manager and is located in the Taree office and his main focus is to make sure everything happens the way it should. Planning a funeral in only a few days is a huge task and requires unwavering attention to detail. Lloyd became involved in the funeral industry after the loss of his own baby son. “My own personal grief at the loss of my son Harrison enables me to offer families understanding and compassion during their greatest time of need.” Lloyd was awarded a ‘Pride in Workmanship Award from the combined rotary clubs of Taree in May 2016. ” It is a great honour and I am very humbled to receive this award” say’s Lloyd after receiving his award.
Cheryl manages our administration and is WT Howard Funerals Pre-Paid Funeral specialist consultant. Cheryl’s background is in banking and the finance industry and she has been with the company since 2011. Born in Taree, Cheryl has lived most of her life locally in Taree and is passionate about her community. “I finally feel that I can make a positive difference in the dark time of someone’s life by showing empathy and a genuine care for them, what we do really matters and I’m glad that I can be a part of it”.
Mandy is WT Howard Funerals representative in the Gloucester, Stroud and Dungog region. Mandy began working with the company in 2008 and is very well known and respected for her work with families and working with community groups in the local area. “What I love most about my what I do is helping families and being able to guide them through a difficult time with real compassion and understanding, the families I help are a part of my community and to be able to help them through such a difficult time is something that’s very important to me. I love that my work is so community based, my community really matters to me.” Mandy has also experience her own personal loss, Mandy’s daughter passed away after a long personal battle of her own.
Tony is an active member of the Taree Baptist Church and has worked with WT Howard Funerals for the past eight years, Tony is also a funeral celebrant conducting funeral services on behalf of WT Howard Funerals. Tony gains a great deal of satisfaction that his role with WT Howard Funerals makes a difference in the lives of people at a real time of need.
Bryce is the newest member to our team, he brings a wealth of experience with him, as a past Captain within the salvation army for at least 20 years. With his experience within the Salvos, he is very well positioned to professionally lead funeral services, he also provide excellent support to the business in may other ways. Bryce is also an active member of Rotary in Taree. Bryce’s family extends back 3 to 4 generation is the Taree community.
Tracey has a great deal of experience in the funeral industry and works in our Tuncurry office, Tracey says she receives a great deal of satisfaction and purpose from here role as a funeral assistant at WT Howard Funerals.
Terri is a Nabiac local, Terri brings her excellent bookkeeping and attention to detail to WT Howard funerals, previously having held similar positions in other business in Taree.
